With all the chilly winter nights we have been having I have been dreaming of this cosy winter bonfire. A night in the garden curled up with pillows and blankets, a warming fire, and some close friends sounds lovely.
What about the delicious winter menu to go with it?... a whole camembert and flatbread, spiced roasted nuts, carrot, ginger and honey soup, ultimate cheese burgers, caramel, apple and hazelnut cake, and indulgent hot chocolates.
Last weekend we tried the hot chocolate. We added Baileys instead of Frangelico. Yum!
