Today's éclairs for breakfast is a delicious diy s'more dessert bar designed by the lovely Erin of Dandelion and Grey. This dessert bar was designed with the idea that it could be easily recreated for a rehearsal dinner, a backyard wedding or wedding dessert bar (and for Postcards and Pretties).
On a rustic sideboard Erin styled all of the s'more ingredients... marshmallows and graham crackers in wire baskets, wooden skewers in a vintage glass jar (for the marshmallow toasting) and a selection of different chocolate varieties on a ceramic platter.
For guest favours, Erin created a 'take home' s'more box with all of the ingredients to make one at home, as well as a beautiful summer scarf for those summer nights.

For an 'Australian' s'more try using Cadbury chocolate (instead of Hershey's chocolate) and Digestive biscuits (instead of Graham biscuits).
