I think I have said it before... I just adore Melody of Sweet and Saucy Shop and everything she creates. It would be a dream to taste one of her delicious treats and an even bigger dream to work with her on an event.
The birthday party she created for her sweet Blake's first birthday is just fabulous. Melody chose a bows themed and incorporated bows throughout from the invitations, decorations, desserts and cakes.
Melody set up a beautiful dessert bar complete with 3 cakes (not including the mini smash cake), mini desserts and a gorgeous bows garland. The amazing desserts included macarons with painted gold bows, mini cupcakes, rice crispy treats, salted caramel tarts, vanilla panna cotta shots, sugar cookies, key lime pies and red velvet cake lollipops. Guests also enjoyed gourmet sandwiches and strawberry lemonade.
Melody also created little party hats, fringing and dot garland using DIY's found on Oh Happy Day. She also designed a photo wall complete with photos from Blake's first year complimenting the photos with colourful wasabi tape and polka dot stickers.
