Elopements are such a sweet idea for a couple looking to have a simple ceremony for just the two of them. They can be themed and you can have gorgeous portraits taken to remember just how special the day was... just like this road trip themed inspiration elopement.

wedding love: a rustic forest wedding

Today's wedding is a gorgeous rustic forest wedding complete with quirky details and lots of love. The lovely couple were married in front of a pastel coloured fabric garland and floral lined aisle. Their guests were seated on fabric covered hay bales and amongst tall pine trees. 

The bridal party and guests could enjoy vintage themed areas throughout the wedding including a signing table (a timber desk), a lounge area (different lounges and chairs), a favours table (coloured chest of drawers) and a delicious dessert bar (on an antique wagon). Each area was styled with coloured glass bottles, fresh flowers, old books, lanterns, mirrors and baskets. 

Amazing timber dining tables were set with natural fabric table runners, quirky carvings and ornaments, potted succulents, glass mason jars and mismatched timber chairs.

detail love: an inspiring home

I have the interiors bug at the moment. I am really enjoying reading my favourite interiors magazines and blogs and going through all of my old tear sheets. I got very excited when I found this amazing house. 

This light filled home is so inspiring... with its attention to detail, beautiful bright colours and patterns and comfortable homely feel.
